| Abstract: | O presente artigo, a partir de questões e conceitos referentes a noção de “cultura nacional-popular” em Gramsci e da tentativa de apontar inícios de transposições e reflexões desta noção para o Brasil e sua produção cultural pré 1964, busca entender qual e como a noção de Popular (Cultura e Arte Popular) articulou formulações e reformulações no campo estético e da produção cultural na passagem da experiência do Teatro de Arena ao CPC da UNE. Neste sentido, na tentativa de concretizar amarras à tal noção num dado momento histórico de nossa produção cultural e teórica, também nos debruçamos sobre o ensaio Cultura Posta em Questão (1964), de Ferreira Gullar. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | This article, based on questions and concepts regarding the notion of “national- popular culture” in Gramsci and on the attempt of pointing the beginning of transpositions and reflections of this notion for Brazil and its pre-cultural production before 1964, seeks to understand what and how popular (Popular Culture and Art) articulated formulations and reformulations in the aesthetic field and cultural production in the flow of experience from the Arena Theatre to CPC and UNE. In this sense, in an attempt to tie that notion to a given historical moment of our cultural and theoretical production, we also look at the essay “Cultura Posta em Questão” (1964) of Ferreira Gullar. |
