| Abstract: | O estágio supervisionado em Engenharia, como ato educativo, permite a conciliação de conhecimentos teóricos recebidos em sala de aula e aprendizagem prática no ambiente de trabalho. A promulgação da Nova Lei de Estágio em 2008 atribuiu às instituições de ensino responsabilidade de acompanhar e fiscalizar a aprendizagem dos alunos, além de definir novas regras de contratação para empresas. Diante da importância do assunto, os estagiários de Engenharia foram os sujeitos pesquisados, respondendo sobre o cumprimento legal tanto por parte de empresas e estagiários como por parte de instituições de ensino e agentes de integração. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | Supervised practice in Engineering, as an educational act, allows the reconciliation between the theoretical knowledge received in the classroom and the hands-on learning in the workplace. The enactment of the New Practice Law in 2008 assigned to educational institutions the responsibility on following and supervising the students’ learning, in addition to defining the hiring rules for companies. Given the theme importance, the Engineering trainees were the researched subjects, answering about the legal compliance both by the companies and trainees, and on behalf of the educational institutions and integration agents. |
