| Abstract: | Este trabalho analisa a maneira como o perfil da Reuters no Instagram fez uso de fotos de meninos e meninas para noticiar, de 2016 a 2019, a migração, o refúgio e temas correlatos, notadamente a situação dos sujeitos nos países responsáveis pelos grandes deslocamentos transnacionais contemporâneos. Observando de forma particular as imagens mais curtidas na rede social da agência, o artigo se propõe a identificar os modos de ver e narrar essas pautas possibilitados pela figuração de crianças. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | This paper analyzes how the Reuters Instagram profile used photos of boys and girls to report, between 2016 and 2019, on migration, refuge and its related themes, notably the situation of subjects in countries responsible for large transnational displacements. Looking in particular at the most popular images on the agency’s social network, the article proposes to identify the ways of seeing and narrating these topics made possible by the figuration of children. |
