dc.description.abstractLes salles de pilotage sont un outil de gestion émergeant de la pratique lean. Ce concept a fait l’objet de peu d’études formelles. Cette affirmation est encore plus vraie concernant une fonction de soutien comme celle de la logistique au cœur d’un établissement de santé. À partir d’une recherche collaborative menée avec un centre hospitalier de la province de Québec (Canada), cette étude de cas exploratoire est une occasion de cerner les enjeux de gestion de la capacité dans le contexte d’une fonction comme la logistique hospitalière par l’entremise d’une salle de pilotage. L’étude propose un choix d’indicateurs de performance pour gérer la capacité au sein de cette fonction. C'est aussi une occasion d’entrevoir de prochains axes de recherche pour un tel outil de gestion.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractenObeya is an emerging management tool in Lean Management practice. This concept has been the object of few formal studies. This statement is even more true regarding a support function such as logistics, which is at the heart of a healthcare facility. Based on collaborative research conducted at a hospital in the province of Québec (Canada), this exploratory case study is an opportunity to identify capacity management issues in the context of a function such as hospital logistics through an obeya. The study proposes a choice of performance indicators to manage capacity within the logistics function. This is also an opportunity to glimpse future research directions for such a management tool.pt_BR
