| Abstract: | Este trabalho objetiva desvelar os significados que homens e mulheres atuantes em uma empresa fabricante de cimento atribuem às mulheres que nela atuam. Por meio de um roteiro semiestruturado foram pesquisados 16 sujeitos, sendo 8 do sexo masculino e 8 do sexo feminino, dos setores operacional e administrativo da empresa em questão. |
